Crystals for Achieving Goals

 

Setting and achieving goals is an important part of our path. Sometimes when we’re pursuing long-term goals, however, we get discouraged at how long it is taking and lose motivation. It’s important to remember that, while walking a straight line to a goal may seem ideal, sometimes the detours on the ways to our goals offer the most valuable lessons and insights.

Anything blocking my path to my goals dissolves in this moment.

Meditation

One of the best ways to achieve your goals in meditation is through visualization. Sit comfortably with your eyes closed, breathing normally. Speak the mantra. Now, visualize yourself living your life when you have achieved your goal. What will your life look like? What will you do? How will you feel? Make your visualization as detailed as you can. Finish by speaking the mantra again.

Remedy #1: Carnelian

One of the things that often prevents us from achieving our goals is fear, which causes inaction. Fear is a root chakra issue, and carnelian can help unblock this chakra. Carry a piece of carnelian in your pants pocket to help spur you toward goal-oriented action.

Remedy #2: Clear Quartz & Affirmations

You can use the Law of Attraction to achieve your goals. Basically, the Law of Attraction states that you attract what you focus your energy on. Therefore, if you change your thoughts about a thing, you’ll change how it manifests in your life. You can use clear quartz to amplify this. Create positively spoken affirmations for each of your goals. Then, repeat them daily as you hold a piece of clear quartz in either or both hands for amplification.

TIP: When you create affirmations, it is important to choose positive statements over negative ones. If you use a negative statement, the Law of Attraction will deliver the negative. So, instead of an affirmation that says, “I’m not broke anymore,” word it in a positive way, such as, “I have all the money I need to live a comfortable life.” It’s also essential to eliminate negative thoughts from your mind as much as possible and to take action toward your goals. When you catch yourself thinking a negative thought, immediately cancel it and replace it with a positive statement.
